SLC15A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC15A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,620 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC15A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BDH2, SELENBP1, and WDR43_S77. Each is linked with SLC15A2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC15A2 versus BDH2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC15A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC15A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
