SLC15A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC15A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,040 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC15A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBBP8, OIP5, and KCTD9. Each is linked with SLC15A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBBP8 grouped by SLC15A2-low versus SLC15A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC15A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC15A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
