Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC15A2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC15A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Fibronectin, and c-Met. Each is linked with SLC15A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by SLC15A2-low versus SLC15A2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC15A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC15A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
