SLC15A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC15A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC15A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT4, GJA10, and GUCA2A. Each is linked with SLC15A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC15A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC15A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MT4 grouped by SLC15A1-low versus SLC15A1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC15A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC15A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
