The most reproducible SLC13A4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMEM222, UBN2_S13, and UCHL1. Each is linked with SLC13A4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC13A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC13A4 results are reported.
