The most reproducible SLC13A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPH3P1, RNU6-238P, and TTTY15. Each is linked with SLC13A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC13A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC13A3 results are reported.
