Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC13A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,030 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC13A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Digestive system process, Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process, and Fatty acid catabolic process. Each is linked with SLC13A2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC13A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC13A2 results are reported.
