SLC13A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC13A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,587 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC13A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRD3, CPLX4, and MIR548I1. Each is linked with SLC13A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC13A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC13A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC13A2 versus DRD3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC13A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC13A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
