Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC13A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 634 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC13A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fructose catabolic process, Fructose catabolic process to hydroxyacetone phosphate and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate, and Lateral line system development. Each is linked with SLC13A2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC13A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC13A2 results are reported.
