Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC13A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 377 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC13A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD4, CD9, and ZC2HC1A. Each is linked with SLC13A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC13A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC13A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC13A1 versus ABHD4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
