SLC13A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC13A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC13A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPPP2, PIP, and NCBP2L. Each is linked with SLC13A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC13A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLC13A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPPP2 grouped by SLC13A1-low versus SLC13A1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC13A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC13A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
