Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC12A9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,412 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLC12A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC2, FIS1, and ARMC10. Each is linked with SLC12A9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC12A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC12A9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC12A9 versus PSMC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC12A9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC12A9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
