Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC12A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,718 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC12A9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIGYF1, ZNF394, and MAP11. Each is linked with SLC12A9 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC12A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC12A9 results are reported.
