Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC12A9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,240 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC12A9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Negative regulation of translational initiation, and Flagellated sperm motility. Each is linked with SLC12A9 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC12A9-to-partner and partner-to-SLC12A9 results are reported.
