Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC12A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,381 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC12A4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14, C1R, and CAVIN3_S62. Each is linked with SLC12A4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC12A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC12A4 results are reported.
