Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLC12A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,972 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC12A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transepithelial ammonium transport, Transepithelial chloride transport, and Ammonium transmembrane transport. Each is linked with SLC12A2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC12A2-to-partner and partner-to-SLC12A2 results are reported.
