SLC10A4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC10A4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 777 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC10A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO2P32, OR8F1P, and KRTAP8-1. Each is linked with SLC10A4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A4-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P32 grouped by SLC10A4-low versus SLC10A4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC10A4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC10A4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
