SLC10A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC10A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,380 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC10A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLNA, UBL4A, and EMD. Each is linked with SLC10A3 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC10A3 versus FLNA in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC10A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC10A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
