SLC10A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLC10A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,921 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLC10A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSDHL, BCAP31, and DIAPH2. Each is linked with SLC10A3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLC10A3-to-partner and partner-to-SLC10A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLC10A3 versus NSDHL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLC10A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLC10A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
