Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,211 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLBP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with SLBP in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLBP-to-partner and partner-to-SLBP results are reported.
