SLAMF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,099 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN6, PTPN7, and TNFAIP8L2. Each is linked with SLAMF8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF8-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLAMF8 versus PTPN6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
