Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLAMF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 573 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLAMF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIRA, SMARCA1, and CSPP1. Each is linked with SLAMF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF8-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLAMF8 versus HIRA in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAMF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAMF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
