Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLAMF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,855 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAMF8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, Regulation of integrin-mediated signaling pathway, and Protein localization to lysosome. Each is linked with SLAMF8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAMF8-to-partner and partner-to-SLAMF8 results are reported.
