Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLAIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,473 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of coagulation, Blood vessel morphogenesis, and Regulation of translational fidelity. Each is linked with SLAIN1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAIN1-to-partner and partner-to-SLAIN1 results are reported.
