SLAIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLAIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLAIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H1-8, KRTAP4-2, and CYP11B1. Each is linked with SLAIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLAIN1-to-partner and partner-to-SLAIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H1-8 grouped by SLAIN1-low versus SLAIN1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLAIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLAIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
