Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,397 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SKP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK1, TOP2A, and TRIP13. Each is linked with SKP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKP2-to-partner and partner-to-SKP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKP2 versus CDK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
