SKOR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR194-1, CYFIP1, and TAF9. Each is linked with SKOR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKOR1-to-partner and partner-to-SKOR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKOR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKOR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
