Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SKOR1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SKOR1 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SKOR1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SKOR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.
COAD, HNSC, and KICH are the cancer types where SKOR1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
