Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKOR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKOR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ERK2, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SKOR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKOR1-to-partner and partner-to-SKOR1 results are reported.
