SKIV2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKIV2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,087 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKIV2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIC1, DAXX, and GNL1. Each is linked with SKIV2L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKIV2L-to-partner and partner-to-SKIV2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKIV2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKIV2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
