Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKIV2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,456 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SKIV2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPM, TTC37, and OIP5. Each is linked with SKIV2L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKIV2L-to-partner and partner-to-SKIV2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKIV2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKIV2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
