SKIV2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKIV2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,056 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKIV2L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Nucleic acid catabolic process, and Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with SKIV2L in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKIV2L-to-partner and partner-to-SKIV2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKIV2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKIV2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
