SKIL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKIL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,599 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKIL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCN2, SULF1, and P3H4. Each is linked with SKIL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKIL-to-partner and partner-to-SKIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKIL versus CCN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
