SKIL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKIL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,037 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5-8SP5, RNA5SP511, and MAPK6P6. Each is linked with SKIL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKIL-to-partner and partner-to-SKIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5-8SP5 grouped by SKIL-low versus SKIL-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
