Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKIL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SKIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, Tuberin, and ATM. Each is linked with SKIL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKIL-to-partner and partner-to-SKIL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by SKIL-low versus SKIL-high in UCEC.
