Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKIL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,048 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKIL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, Stress granule assembly, and Protein targeting to vacuole. Each is linked with SKIL in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKIL-to-partner and partner-to-SKIL results are reported.
