SKIL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKIL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC5, PTF1A, and OR6X1. Each is linked with SKIL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKIL-to-partner and partner-to-SKIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC5 grouped by SKIL-low versus SKIL-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
