SKI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,532 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC9A3R1, SFRP2, and PPFIBP1. Each is linked with SKI in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKI-to-partner and partner-to-SKI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKI versus SLC9A3R1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
