SKAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,869 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH2D1A, PDCD1, and PAX5. Each is linked with SKAP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKAP1 versus SH2D1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
