SKAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,343 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL4, TXN2, and DHODH. Each is linked with SKAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL4 grouped by SKAP1-low versus SKAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
