Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, c-Met_pY1235, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with SKAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SKAP1 results are reported.
