SKAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA7, DMRTB1, and OR1L6. Each is linked with SKAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA7 grouped by SKAP1-low versus SKAP1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
