SKA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,331 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRIM2, CDC20_T70, and CDK1. Each is linked with SKA3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKA3-to-partner and partner-to-SKA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKA3 versus PRIM2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
