SKA3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,989 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC3, GINS4, and CIP2A. Each is linked with SKA3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKA3-to-partner and partner-to-SKA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKA3 versus RFC3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
