SKA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,553 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ31, LINC01069, and ZNF519P4. Each is linked with SKA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKA3-to-partner and partner-to-SKA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ31 grouped by SKA3-low versus SKA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
