SKA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,828 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1, WDR76, and FBXO5. Each is linked with SKA3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKA3-to-partner and partner-to-SKA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKA3 versus HMGB1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
