SKA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKA3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,842 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IMPG2, IRS1, and SPHK1. Each is linked with SKA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKA3-to-partner and partner-to-SKA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IMPG2 grouped by SKA3-low versus SKA3-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
