SKA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SKA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,048 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SKA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, BPTF, and KPNA2. Each is linked with SKA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKA2-to-partner and partner-to-SKA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SKA2 versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SKA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SKA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
