Across TCGA cell cohorts, SKA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,828 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SKA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Regulation of chromosome separation, and Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition. Each is linked with SKA1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SKA1-to-partner and partner-to-SKA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by SKA1-low versus SKA1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
