Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SIX5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,655 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SIX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL1A2, SMOC2, and GPRASP1. Each is linked with SIX5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SIX5-to-partner and partner-to-SIX5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SIX5 versus COL1A2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SIX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SIX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
